These terms explain what you can expect from Enchant and what Enchant expects from you: how jobs are priced and approved, how credits and refunds work, and what uses are off limits.

01
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Conto Finance, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). Enchant is a product of Conto Finance, Inc., which operates the Enchant service at askenchant.com. By creating an account, running a job, buying credits, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply however you reach Enchant: through the website, through the guest trial, through the agent API, through the hosted MCP endpoint, or through any client authorized via our OAuth flow. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02
What Enchant is
Enchant gives you one place to get one-off jobs done. You type what you want, Enchant picks the right tool for the job from a catalog of third-party services, shows you the price before anything runs, and returns the result to you in one place. The tools cover things like web research, image, video, and voice generation, document reading, and browser automation.
Enchant routes and pays for jobs on your behalf. The work itself is performed by third-party providers (see Section 10). We are always improving the catalog, so specific tools, prices, and capabilities can change over time.
03
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live to use Enchant.
You can sign up with your email address (we send a verification code) or with Google sign-in. You agree to give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including jobs run and credits spent. Keep access to your email account and any connected sign-in method secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
One person per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, and do not use someone else's account without permission.
04
Free guest trial
You can try Enchant before creating an account. Visitors currently get a small free allowance (at the time of writing, three prompts). We track guest usage to enforce this limit, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The guest allowance is a courtesy. We may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time.
Do not try to get around the limit, for example by clearing identifiers, rotating devices or networks, or automating guest sessions.
05
Fees, credits, and billing
Enchant is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription. You pay for the jobs you run, and the price is shown before anything runs. Paid jobs pause for your approval before your balance is charged, subject to any spending and approval settings you choose.
Credits. You fund jobs from a prepaid credit balance. You can buy credit packs (currently $5, $10, $25, and $50) by card through Stripe Checkout, or top up with supported stablecoins (currently USDC on Base and USDC.e on Tempo). Credits never expire.
What credits are not. Credits are a prepayment for use of the service. They are not legal tender, not a deposit or bank account, not an investment, and they earn no interest. They are non-transferable and can only be spent inside Enchant.
Payment processing. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stablecoin top-ups are settled on public blockchains and confirmed before credits are added. Payment rails are powered by Conto. We do not see or store your full card number.
Pricing changes. Job prices come from the underlying tools and can change. The price you see quoted before a run is the price that applies to that run.
Taxes. Prices shown exclude taxes. Where we are required to collect tax on a purchase, it is added at checkout.
06
Refunds
Failed runs. If a job fails to run, the amount charged for that run is refunded in full to your credit balance.
Completed runs. A job that runs and returns a result uses the quoted amount, even if you are not satisfied with the output, because we have already paid the provider that did the work. If something looks wrong, contact support and we will take a look.
Unused credits. Purchased credits never expire, so you can hold them and spend them later. Unused credits are otherwise non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you close your account, you can contact support to request a refund of your unused purchased credits.
07
Acceptable use
Enchant runs real tools that do real work, so what you ask for matters. You agree not to use the service to:
break the law, or ask a tool to do something illegal on your behalf;
infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or deceive anyone, or generate content designed to do so, including spam and phishing;
probe, scan, or test the security of the service, attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the service's operation;
circumvent quotas, rate limits, guest limits, pricing, or billing, or misrepresent usage;
resell or white-label the service without our written permission, or use it to build a competing catalog by systematically extracting our routing or pricing data.
We may refuse, pause, or cancel jobs that we reasonably believe violate this section, and repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension or termination (see Section 17).
08
Browser automation jobs
Some jobs run in a cloud browser session (provided by Browserbase) that visits public websites and acts at your direction, for example checking a pricing page, filling a form, or capturing a screenshot. These jobs act on your instructions, and you are responsible for what you ask them to do. In particular, you agree not to:
direct a browser job to collect data unlawfully, or in ways that violate a website's terms of service or technical access controls;
submit another person's personal data through a browser job unless you have the authority to do so;
use browser jobs to create accounts, place orders, or take other real-world actions you are not entitled to take.
Websites change without notice, so browser jobs can fail or return partial results. Failed runs are refunded as described in Section 6.
09
Your content and job results
Your content stays yours. You keep ownership of the prompts, files, and other inputs you submit. You give us the license we need to operate the service: to host, process, and transmit your content, to send it to the third-party tool that executes your job, to return and display results to you, and to make results available to others when you use a sharing feature.
Results come from tools. Job results are produced by third-party tools, not by us. To the extent we hold any rights in results delivered to you, we assign them to you; your rights in a result may also depend on the terms of the tool that produced it and on applicable law.
Check before you rely. Results can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them or sharing them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Responsibility. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use results, including making sure you have the rights to submit the content you provide.
10
Third-party tools and services
Jobs execute on third-party services that we do not control, including paid APIs and cloud browser sessions. Your job content is shared with the provider that executes the job, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee that any particular tool will be available, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose, and providers can change their behavior or pricing without notice.
A provider's own terms may apply to the work it performs, and you agree not to use Enchant to violate them.
We may add, remove, or substitute providers at any time, including rerouting a job to a fallback tool when the first choice fails.
11
Beta and experimental features
Some features are labeled beta or experimental in the product. They are offered so you can try new capabilities early, and they may be less reliable, may change or disappear without notice, and may carry usage limits that other features do not. Beta and experimental features are provided as is, without any commitment on availability or results, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12
Agent API, MCP, and automated access
Enchant can be used by software agents through the agent API, the hosted MCP endpoint, and OAuth-authorized clients. Automated use is bound by these Terms just like use through the website.
You are responsible for what your agent or integration does with your account, including jobs it runs and credits it spends.
Keep API credentials and OAuth grants secure, and revoke access for clients you no longer trust.
Respect published rate limits and do not use automation to evade quotas, guest limits, or billing.
13
Intellectual property
The Enchant service, including the website, software, routing, catalog curation, branding, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Except for that right, and except for your content and your results (Section 9), nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to you.
14
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results produced by third-party tools will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the service, even if we have been advised such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to Conto Finance, Inc. for Enchant in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conto Finance, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including through jobs you direct the service to run.
17
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Enchant at any time, and you can ask us to close your account through support.
We may suspend or terminate your access, or pause specific jobs, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or if your use creates risk for the service, other users, or third parties. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
Treatment of any unspent credit balance on termination follows the refund terms in Section 6.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9 and 13 through 16) survive.
18
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or by an in-product notice, before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
19
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we each consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us first through support so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
